Taxi & Sedan Services

Taxi service from the PHL airport is available at Zone 5 on the Commercial Transportation Roadway. There is a minimum $10 fare from the Airport to any destination.  Click here for a list of taxi companies.

Sedan, Limousine Services and Shared Ride Van are also available at PHL airport. To reserve a ride, visit the Ground Transportation information desk located in baggage claim.  Click here for a list of authorized providers.

Public Transportation

SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) provides train service between the Airport and Center City on the Airport Regional Rail Line.  Trains run every 30 minutes and operate from 5:07 am – 12:30 am (Airport to Center City) and 4:52 am – 11:52 pm (Center City to Airport).

You can board the SEPTA from the airport from Terminals E/F, C/D, B and A (East).

The one-way, on-board, cash only Regional Rail fare to Center City is $8.00; or $9.00 to any other station beyond Center City. Tell the conductor your final destination when purchasing tickets on-board.

Airport: PHL

The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is located just 12 miles from the Convention Center. The airport is serviced by 12 airlines, including nonstop flights from the UK. There are more than 1,200 daily nonstop flights from the US and abroad. Visit https://www.phl.org/ for more information.

Trains

Amtrak and commuter trains arrive at the 30th Street Station throughout the day, placing passengers within a short walk of Center City. Philadelphia is only 1 hour and 20 minutes from New York City and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Washington, D.C., via Acela Express.

Travel Discounts

The ASCB has partnered with Amtrak, Delta and United Airlines for the following discounts:

Amtrak–10% off best available rail fare

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Philadelphia, PA between November 29, 2017 – December 09, 2017.  To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-(800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent.

Discount cannot be booked via Internet.  Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X39E-967 when making your reservation.  This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service.  Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.  Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.

Delta–2%-7% depending on the ticket cost

Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111. Please note that a Direct Ticketing Charge of $25 will apply for booking by phone. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter your Meeting ID NMQ45 in the box provided on the Search Flight page for domestic and international travel.

United–2%-7% depending on the ticket cost

Call United Meeting at 800-468-7022 and provide the Z code ZYBQ and the Agreement code 445908. Please note: There will be a service fee for bookings done over the phone. You can avoid a service fee by going to www.united.com and entering ZYBQ445908 in the Offer Code Box.

There is no public parking available at the Convention Center.

Parking Near the Pennsylvania Convention Center

Off-site parking is available at numerous nearby parking lots and garages in downtown Philadelphia, many are within walking distance of the center. Lots and garages are individually owned and operated, prices vary by location.
